This exciting and unique home, built by Patricia Taylor, was inspired by a children's story about a family that lived inside a tree. Ever fanciful, the structure was assembled using building components recycled from a number of antique structures. The house is currently owned by environmental educator Jim Egenrieder and his wife Diane Allemang. Photos were taken in 2002 while Ms. Taylor owned the home.
