Surprise
This youngster was watching me from behind and I knew she was going to ask me what I was doing. In my peripheral vision I saw her turn away and swung my camera around to catch her looking off in another direction. She must have sensed my move and quickly turned back just when I took the shot. She probably wanted to ask me if I'd taken her picture but I immediately aimed my camera over her head and took a burst of throw away shots to make her think I was not shooting at her. The deception worked and she was not sure I'd taken her picture. Frankly, I figured the shot of her would be too blurry but when I uploaded the file later on I was pleasantly surprised. Truth is, she and I surprised each other and I credit this shot to my camera for it's random luck.
