A Proper Stage

A Proper Stage

Horticulturalist Paul Roomsberg holds the Pig Town Fling as a tradition that now spans two generations. The name comes from an occasion back in 1982 when Paul and his wife Lisa held a music festival at their farm for their musician friends. The farm had pigs which would often get out of their pens. So during the music festival they let the pigs out on purpose and let them have a "fling" while the musicians played on.
