Completed in 2003, this beautiful custom home project conceptualized by owner P. Taylor with design assistance from LD Brown was initially contracted to be built by a local builder. But serious quality problems with the builder forced P. Taylor to request project management services from LD Brown. Mr. Brown identified and corrected all the defects and brought the project to a beautiful completion in just eight months.
